Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 4, 2026
Harbourfield Corporation (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, how we use it, and the rights you have over it under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.
Who we are
Harbourfield Corporation is a customs brokerage and logistics company with its office at Unit 202-A Velco Center, Roberto S. Oca St., Port Area, Manila, 1018, Philippines. For any privacy concern, contact us at sales@harbourfieldcorp.com.
Information we collect
We only collect personal information that you choose to submit through our “Request a Quote” form: your company name, contact person, email address, mobile number, country of origin, shipment type, cargo description, estimated arrival date, delivery address, and any documents you attach (such as invoices or packing lists).
For security purposes, our server also temporarily processes technical information such as your IP address, which is used to protect the form against automated abuse and to keep technical error logs.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to:
— review and respond to your quote request and communicate with you about it;
— protect this website against spam, bots, and abuse;
— comply with legal and regulatory obligations that apply to our business.
We do not sell your personal information, use it for advertising, or add you to marketing lists.
How your information is handled and stored
This website does not store your submission in an online database. When you submit the form, your information and attachments are transmitted by email to our staff at Harbourfield Corporation, where they are kept as business correspondence for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and meet record-keeping requirements. Limited technical logs (which may include submitted form details when an email fails to send) are kept on our hosting provider’s systems for security and reliability purposes.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. It sets one strictly necessary cookie: a short-lived security token (valid for about 30 minutes) used solely to protect the quote form against forged submissions. This cookie contains no personal information and is not used to identify or track you.
Third-party services
Three third-party services are involved in operating this website, and each may process limited technical data under its own privacy policy: our email delivery provider (to transmit your submission to our staff), Cloudflare Turnstile (the bot-protection check on the quote form, which analyzes technical browser signals), and Google Maps (the embedded office maps in our Contact section).
How we protect your information
Submissions are encrypted in transit, all inputs are validated and sanitized on our servers, uploaded files are strictly checked for type and size, and access to submitted information is limited to Harbourfield staff who handle quote requests.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to be informed about, access, correct, and object to the processing of your personal information; to request its erasure or blocking; to data portability; and to be indemnified for damages caused by unlawful processing. You may exercise these rights by contacting us at sales@harbourfieldcorp.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
Children
This website provides business services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date above reflects the latest version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
